Narrating Spaces with Light. A Decade at Surface Design Awards
Celebrating a decade of Michael Grubb Studio projects having a consistent presence at Surface Design Awards
Since 2015, Michael Grubb Studio has been a consistent presence at the Surface Design Awards, with multiple projects recognised for their innovative approach to lighting design. From the award-winning Black Prince Road in London in 2019 to other notable works shortlisted in the Light and Surface category.
Each shortlist, regardless of the year, serves as a reminder of the commitment, effort, and thought that goes into shaping spaces through light. It reaffirms the value of collaboration and the creative process that drives our work. It is an honour to see our projects recognised over the years alongside other exceptional designs from across the architecture industry.
This year, we are once again honoured to have made the list of finalists in the Light and Surface category, continuing a tradition of pushing boundaries in lighting design.
Below we have gathered a list of all projects that were chosen finalists at Surface Design Show over the years in Light and Surface Category.
